Newborn Sessions
Prior to your session, we will discuss any special family interests, careers or hobbies in order to create a stylized setup specifically designed for you. It is best to book your Newborn Session in your second trimester. Newborn spots fill up quickly and I hate to turn clients away, so please remember to book early!
Plan for your session to last approximately 2 hours. Newborn sessions are done in the comfort of your home. Many new moms aren’t ready for their first big outing when Baby is only a few days old, especially during flu season! I will bring props and backdrops for Baby’s session and you are welcome to provide any props you would like to use as well. Newborns photograph best nude or in specially made photography props designed to fit snugly, so don’t worry yourself with outfits for this session. I'll ask that you heat the room we'll be shooting in to around 80 degrees in order to keep Baby warm and comfortable. I don’t need a ton of space for your session; usually moving a coffee table or dining room table provides plenty of room! We want to have a warm baby with a full belly for some sweet, sleepy photos! We will absolutely stop anytime Baby needs a break to be soothed or fed and I will provide some white noise and my "Baby Whisperer" tricks to help take Baby to Dreamland!

Milestone Sessions
Milestone Sessions include 2-3 outfits. We will schedule Baby’s one hour long Milestone sessions for a couple weeks after your baby’s milestone to give him or her a little extra time to master sitting and standing. These sessions will either take place in your home or at an outdoor location. I will contact you 1-2 weeks before your scheduled sessions to choose a location, discuss clothing, discuss ideas for a special setup, and confirm your session date.

Maternity SESSIONS
Maternity Sessions are scheduled around 35 weeks gestation and take place at an outdoor location. If at any time during your pregnancy your doctor believes you are at high risk for delivering early, contact me and we will move your Maternity Session up. The best clothing for Maternity Sessions are tops that are tight on the belly and long, flowy dresses. I have gowns and skirts available for you to use and will work with you to create the perfect session clothing that photographs beautifully and fits your own unique personal style. Older siblings, pets and spouses are encouraged to join for this session!

Family Sessions
Family Sessions are done outdoors. Family Sessions are reserved in one hour increments, though they rarely take that long. I have many tips for dressing families and we will discuss clothing ideas prior to your session to ensure your family coordinates well while keeping each family member's unique style in tact. There are no outfit changes during Family Sessions. I fully believe that my Family Session clients would tell you that Family Sessions with me include lots of laughs and are much easier and more fun than most dads expect it to be!
